How long have you been with UAC & what about UAC enticed you to join?
I joined in January of this year. The quality of the equipment and facilities (fresh towels?!), high-touch coaching, and equidistant location between home and work all were appealing.
What is your favorite lift/movement/workout?
Squatting - both front and back
What is your favorite thing about UAC?
Ali, Matt & Jay are great coaches - it's clear that they are invested in member's progress and the personal approach they each take makes workouts enjoyable. Plus, the focus on form and technique was and is still helpful.
What are a few of your fitness goals?
Besides looking sexy AF? Gaining strength and building lean mass, improving flexibility, and dialing-in on optimal nutrition.
What do you like to do for fun outside of the gym?
Eat (cooking and trying new restaurants & coffee shops); run & bike, hang with pups; travel - skiing & sailing / beach trips top the list; working on starting a business and getting my real estate license.
