UAC is kicking off its Small Group Training Program led by DC's best trainer, Jay Morgan. There are myriad of benefits to SGT including more one on one personal attention which may benefit anyone with SPECIFIC goals, more economical as it lowers the entry point to personal training, accountability, greater focus, and more motivation! → Up to 3 persons per session $500/month 

→ Strength cycling (emphasis on the Squat, Deadlift, Bench, while supplementing with olympic lifts)

→ Sports conditioning as well as metcons (athletic focus to conditioning)

→ One-on-one nutrition/DEXA and body composition tracking

→ Metrics and data tracking 

→ Multiple AM and PM Time Slots available

→ Minimum 12-week commitment
