Personal Training options
To help you choose the best Personal Training option for you, read over the following suggestions. Generally we recommend that most people start with twice/week training for the first month and then adjust according to your needs.
If you travel frequently or have a dynamic schedule? In that case, a Training Package of 5, 10, or 20 sessions may be your best bet. You will be able to schedule your sessions to fit your lifestyle.
Do you keep a set schedule with little variability? Then a Monthly Plan might work best for you. Choose from 4, 8, or 12 sessions per month; minimum commitment is 3 months. Also, for those who like to budget, this option works better than a Training Package.
Workout together with your spouse or friends. You'll both be pushed hard and the trainer will make sure to accommodate any difference in strength or stamina. There is a 10-25% surcharge to the rate, which is then divided amongst you and your partner.
60-MINUTE & 40-MINUTE
If you have certain physical demands, are training for a specific, short-term goal, have an irregular schedules, or quite simply prefer it, then choose the 60-minutes session. For all others, 40-minute sessions provide ample time to make progress with your fitness goals.
