Oscar prides himself on being a problem mitigator and solver. Mr. Roa values his clients privacy and willingness to test the limits of what is possible.
From Collegiate Dixie Conference Rookie of the year and 1st team all conference honors to training with Team Olimpia in Paraguay, Mr. Roa enjoyed and continues to enjoy life as a soccer player. Along with competitive soccer, Oscar has competed as a Scottish highland games athlete (lightweight division), has thrown the javelin at a University Of Maryland Open Competition, trained shot put, high jump and continues to run on track and trail. Beyond that, Mr. Roa's understanding of fitness and training design made leaps and bounds when he stumbled on Yoga style movements.
