CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

At Urban Athletic Club, we believe in movement integrity and proper technique. We're more impressed with how members conduct lifts and moving their body weight effectively and efficiently than we are with how much weight is loaded on the bar.
