Day 1 | movement analysis & baseline Testing

Your first session consists of going through a series of movement tests (squat, lunge, hip-hinge, push-up, pull-up, TRX Row, sit-up) to provide you with some information on your fitness level. Besides taking score, we note any movement imbalances, write down your pertinent injury and exercise history. We also discuss your short- and long-term goals, or, if you don't have any, we'll provide you with some material to start goal preparation. We will also review our program, including standard warm-ups, movements, and mobility.
