HIIT Athlete is a team-based conditioning workout combining strength training, bodyweight training and athletic movements. Classes use dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rowers, assault bikes, and etc. HIIT Athlete is a class for those who are looking to get a combination of strength training and cardio without the use of barbells or technical movements. There are no pre-requisites to taking HIIT Athlete but classes will be strenuous.
