Spend an hour with us learning to stand on your hands! This is the absolute best way to overcome the fear of inversions and learn the proper technique and alignment of the handstand. Handstands Class is "hands-down" the most fun you'll have upside down as you discover how to tuck, straddle, and press your way into a handstand. Even if you never perform a handstand in a show, think of the great party tricks you'll be able to do! The most important thing about coming to a Handstand Class: have fun!

THE METHOD

OutRun combines the camaraderie of GROUP RUNS with BOOT CAMP EXERCISES. Our backpacks are stocked with sandbags, parachutes and resistance bands.

OutRun is seasonal, starting mid-April and ending late September.
