Gradual Speed Increase

  • Sprint .25 mile/ rest = time
  • Repeat as many times as possible in 10 minutes
  • Track distance to repeat next time you visit
  • 60" at 3.0 mph/3.0º incline
  • 60" at 5.0 mph/3.0º incline
  • 60" at 7.0 mph/3.0º incline
  • 60" at 9.0 mph/3.0º incline
  • 60" at 3.0 mph/6.0º incline
  • 60" at 5.0 mph/6.0º incline
