Getting Here

By Metro

Via Red Line (Dupont Circle Metro)
Exit via the north (Q Street exit) and then turn left (south) onto 20th Street. Cross Massachusetts Avenue and then turn right (west) onto P Street. Continue walking until 27th Street. Make a right on 27th (at the 7-11) and our entrance is halfway on the block on the left-hand side. 

Via Orange/Blue Line (Foggy Bottom Metro)
Exit metro, head north on 23rd Street, going through Washington Circle. Make a left onto P Street. Continue walking until 27th Street. Make a right on 27th (at the 7-11) and our entrance is halfway on the block on the left-hand side. 

By Bus

The D1, D2, and D6 run along Q Street. Exit at 27th and Q. The G2 runs along P Street. Exit at 27th and P. Bus map here



We are located at 2700 Q St. NW inside the Kew Gardens apartment building. The gym entrance is on the west side of 27th Street between P and Q Streets (directly across from East Place and 27th Street). Walk up the brick stairs to a glass door and where you’ll see a doorbell on the left hand side. Ring the doorbell and we'll let you in.


There is free two-hour street parking on all adjacent streets and paid parking on P Street. Mornings are typically easier than evenings to find a parking spot.


Please arrive 5 minutes early to have time to change, tie your shoes and get settled in before the workout.  You may do your own warmup/foam roll if you need, but we plan a scheduled warmup as part of class.





Please wear athletic sneakers as you will not be permitted to workout barefoot.  Both workout and shower towels are provided. While we do have a water fountain we prefer that your bring a water bottle to refill.  We sell water bottles if you forget yours.


We have a shower with all the standard amenities (towels, shampoo, body wash) available.  We ask that you respect others by taking a quick shower in the event that others need to shower, too.


We have a lounge area where you can relax before or after class. WIFI is provided at no charge. There is also a Keurig coffee machine where you can choose from many flavors. Coffee is $2.
