UAC Foundations consists of 3 personal training sessions to help athletes start training successfully.
Day 1 — Body weight movements (Push-ups, Pull-ups/Rows, Air Squats, Lunges, Sit-ups); Rowing, Running
Day 2 — Traditional Strength-training movements (Front Squat, Back Squat, Overhead Press, Deadlift)
Day 3 — Kettlebell movements, Clean and Jerk, Snatch, Wall Balls, Thrusters.
Cost is $250 for 3 sessions.
