Fit Athlete is a team-based, comprehensive, workout combining athletic movements, body-weight, and strength training. Classes use dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, agility ladders, med balls, rowers, and etc. 

Athlete (n):
A person trained or gifted in exercises or contests involving physical agility, stamina, or strength; a participant in a sport, exercise, or game requiring physical skill

the program

The Fit Athlete program follows  a weekly theme of Strength, Conditioning, and Athlete days.

 
 

Monday: Strength (Lower Body)

Tuesday: Longer-Duration Conditioning

Wednesday: Athlete Day 

Thursday: Strength (Upper Body)

Friday: Shorter-Duration Conditioning

Saturday: Athlete Day
