Corporate Fitness Challenge

Build Company Camaraderie while working towards a common fitness goal!






The Urban Athletic Club 6-week Fitness Challenge is specifically designed for corporate clients to help build team camaraderie, make strength, conditioning and lifestyle changes, and improve body composition. Participants also learn how to lift and move properly, from body-weight moves like push-ups and pull-ups to barbell moves like deadlifts and squats. 

Data-Driven fitness

Urban Athletic Club is a big believer in using data to track progress. All participants will undergo the following pre- and post-challenge tests. 


The UAC Fitness Test measures body-weight, simple strength, and metabolic conditioning.

Body Composition

The DEXA Body Composition is the industry-leading body composition test (body fat, lean muscle, bone density).

Resting Metabolic Rate

Resting Metabolic Rate determines how many calories your body requires. We also use this to determine your food macros (fat, carbohydrates, protein). 

Nutrition and Food 

The challenge includes a 6-week menu and nutrition plan with grocery lists, meal planning, and other support items.

Here's how it works


  1. Meet one-on-one with one of our Coaches
    • Review exercise history, injury/limitations, and talk about specific goals.
    •  Conduct a Fitness Assessment (bodyweight, conditioning, strength)
  2. Body Composition Scan
    • DEXA Scan to measure Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Bone Density
    • Q&A Review with UAC Coach

first 2 weeks

Weeks 1 and 2 are private group sessions that review the foundational movements that you'll perform during regularly scheduled classes. Class meets three times per week at the same designated time. Sessions meet MWF mornings and MWTh Evenings

Next 4 weeks

Jump into our regularly scheduled classes. We require at least 2 classes per week. 

What You'll Learn

Body-weight, Endurance, and Monostructural Work

Perfect push-ups, pull-ups, lunges as well as running, biking, rowing, and all other monostructural exercises. 


Learn Presses, Pushes, Squats and other complexes.


Introduction to Olympic Lifting movements (Clean-and-Jerk and Snatch).


Practice complexes (couplets, triplets) and traditional CrossFit movements.

What's the Cost?

Here's what's included: 

  • 1 on 1 Consultation $100
  • Fitness Test $100
  • DEXA Scan 2 @ $130 each
  • Resting Metabolic Rate Test $100
  • 6 weeks of Classes $360
  • Nutrition and Meal Planning $200

So the total is $1120. 

For individuals the cost is $499. For companies who sign up 5 or more, the cost is $299.
