Start your Sunday with a hour-long UAC Boot Camp followed by brunch at Casolare.
UAC’s FIT ATHLETE Boot Camp is a circuit-based Strength and Conditioning class. You’ll use barbells, kettlebells, med balls, TRXs, rowers and is much more for a head to toe workout.
You’ll cool down with a 30-minute yoga session on the outdoor deck.
At 10:45 you’ll head upstairs for brunch from Casolare (including a complimentary mimosa).
