Fall is right around the corner and Urban Athletic Club has you covered with new classes, new times, and new coaches. 


  • There are Urban Athlete classes 6 days/week.
  • Practice your inversions with our new weekly Handstand Class.
  • Join the Run Club for a 30-40 minute run that ends with a quick total-body workout.
  • HIT Yoga will challenge your body from head to toe. 
  • Bodyweight Basics will help you move through space and in place.
