Fall is right around the corner and we're offering new classes to help you stay fit and motivated while also learning new skills!
Handstand Class - Meets Wednesday, 7:30 p.m. at Georgetown
Bodyweight Basics - Meets every other Sunday, 5:00 p.m. at Georgetown
HIT Yoga (High Intensity Training Yoga) - Meets Mondays/Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. at Georgetown
Run Club - Meets Tuesdays, 5:30 p.m. at Georgetown
UAC Coach Andrew Slezak is headed back home to Houston, Texas to continue his career in fitness and training. Andrew was our first hire and we've been lucky enough to see him grow as a trainer and a person over the past 2 plus years. He will be missed!
Take a minute to welcome our new coaches Teisha, Romain, and Ahmed! They'll be teaching mainly at our Georgetown location. Each one brings a unique set of skills that they'll use to challenge you to become a better athlete!
