Reduce Knee Pain + Increase ROM

A few months ago I was fortunate enough to receive as a gift a VooDoo Floss Band, a 3' long, 3" wide, very, very thin piece of rubber tubing. It's used to improve range of motion, restore joint mechanics, or assist in freeing-up tight or previously injured tissue. As someone who has undergone two major knee injuries, I'm always on the lookout for exercises that will improve the knee ROM and movement.

Over the past few weeks, I've really focused on flossing the both my knee ankle. I can say with certainty that my knee feels better now than it has since surgery. Keep in mind that after surgery I went through intensive physical therapy and since then have increased weights in all my lifts (squat, deadlift, clean and snatch) as well as completed several triathlons and competed in all the sports I had previously played.
