URBAN ATHLETIC CLUB BASELINE MEASUREMENTS

We created the following baseline checklist to help you track both your athletic performance and biometric measurements. This baseline checklist covers many modalities including Mobility, Bodyweight Exercises, Running, Rowing, Weightlifting, and Body Metrics.

New members will undergo several test during their initial on-boarding sessions. Group testing is every 3 months. 

WHY DID WE CREATE THIS LIST?

Everyone knows that being "in shape” is a good thing. Everyones knows that we're supposed to work out, to burn calories, to get our heart rate up. But what are your goals? How do you define them? Do you want lose weight? Gain lean muscle mass? Increase your strength? What is your starting point? How will you track your progress? 

If you are training for sport or an athletic event then your training program and tracking can be linear and straightforward. However, if you simply want to "be fit" then goal setting can be rather difficult. For that reason we've created a form to help you start tracking progress. These baseline measurements will provide you with information to see the efficacy of your training.
