Pop-Up Workouts

All workouts will Meet at The Line Hotel

The Adams Morgan community is welcomed to join free weekly workouts. 

Rock Creek park | Par Course workout

Day/Time Saturday, May 20, 9:00 am

Join UAC Trainer Graham King for a 60-minute workout in Rock Creek Park.

Run to Rock Creek Park’s Par Course for a challenging 17-station bodyweight workout. It’s a 10-minute run to the Rock Creek Par Course. The workout lasts approximately 40 minutes with a 15-20-minute run back.

Meet Graham King and The LINE Hotel team at the Adams Morgan Community Board on the corner of 18th and Columbia Rd, NW for the 9am workout. 

 

Meridian Hill Workout

Day/Time Saturday, June 3, 9:00 am

Join UAC Trainer Graham King for a 60-minute workout at Meridian Hill Park. 

The workout starts at The Line Hotel, then we'll run about 1/2 mile to Meridian Hill Park at 16th and Kalorama. We'll go through a series of body-weight and sports-conditioning workouts. 

 

community run to Washington Monument

Day/Time Saturday, June 10, 9:00 am

Join UAC Trainer Graham King for a 50-minute/5-mile run through the city.  

The run starts at The Line Hotel then heads south along Connecticut Ave to the Washington Monument.
