Sometimes you need a push, a goal, a challenge to help you get started (or back) on the fitness path. Urban Athletic Club has created a comprehensive 6-week Challenge that combines Fitness, Biometric Testing, and Nutrition to help you jump-start your routine.
+ 6 weeks of 3x/week group training (18 sessions)+ Pre- and Post-program TESTS-->Body Fat Measurement-->Fitness Performance Test-->Photos (Optional)
WHO IS THIS FOR?
The 6-Week Challenge was created to make Functional Training accessible to a larger population. We have personally experienced the life-changing power of Functional Training and wanted to find a way for others to connect as well.
We know it can be scary or intimidating to come in to the gym on your own, which is why the group process is so powerful! Everyone will benefit from the workouts if they just commit and engage, and now they can do that in a safe and friendly setting.
What we want is to find individuals who are ready to jump in, work hard, and embrace the program with an open mind and attitude. Functional Training CAN transform your life, and we are looking for individuals who will represent the program by putting their best foot forward.

TRAINING+ Week 1: Baseline Test+ Weeks 1-4: Comprehensive Instruction and Workouts on Dumbbells and Kettlebells, Barbells, Rowers, Bikes, HIIT+ Weeks 5 & 6 you'll take our regularly scheduled classes
