Urban Athletic Club has created a special program that combines fitness and biometric data, personal on-boarding, and regular group training. 1 — Schedule a one-on-one training session. + Review exercise history, injury/limitations, and talk about specific goals. + Conduct a Fitness Assessment (bodyweight, conditioning, strength)

3 — 2nd one-on-one session+ Review other movements that are performed in class+ Q&A with UAC Coach
