Monday - Saturday, Multiple Times
High Intensity Yoga combines basic yoga postures, cardio and strength training to offer athletes a full body work out that will enhance all types of athletic performance, muscular strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility. Focus on alignment as you move to ensure you understand how to move your body safely and maximize your power. Shoes are not required, and a smile is encouraged.
COMING BACK IN WINTER 2016
You cannot over train, only under recover. Exercise, injury, and the rigors of life cause tightness in your muscles that restricts mobility and performance. Movement Lab will help return your muscles and soft tissue to their native form. You'll learn by doing and experience increased range of motion and improved workout performance.

Spend an hour with us learning to stand on your hands! This is the absolute best way to overcome the fear of inversions and learn the proper technique and alignment of the handstand. Handstands Class is "hands-down" the most fun you'll have upside down as you discover how to tuck, straddle, and press your way into a handstand. Even if you never perform a handstand in a show, think of the great party tricks you'll be able to do! The most important thing about coming to a Handstand Class: have fun!

Learn, practice, and perfect the bodyweight basics of Push-ups, Pull-ups, Squats, Lunges, Hip Hinges and as well as Bear Crawls, Spidermans, Frog Hops, Handstands, Inversions. Move divides movements into "Movement In Place" and "Movement Through Space". All levels welcome.
